Xbox One

At this time, the Xbox One gaming console system does not support the wireless security settings necessary to connect to our Wi-Fi. The Xbox One, however, can connect to our wired network with an Ethernet cable.
The first time turning on an Xbox One system requires an internet connection to reach the settings menu which is where you will find the wired MAC address you need to register your device. The work around for this is to allow the Xbox to run through the system setup, let it fail, select “Fix It” and then it will attempt to diagnose the issue. When that fails, it will bring you to a screen prompting you to manually set up the connection, listing both the wireless and wired MAC address. Record the Wired MAC Address and manually register the console with us.
If you are able to reach the main menu on your Xbox, follow the steps below to locate the wired MAC address of your console.
Step One
If you are signed into your profile, navigate to My Games & Apps.
**Skip this step if you are not signed into a profile.
Step Two
From there, select Settings.

Step Three
In the settings pane, select Network.
Step Four
Select Advanced Settings.
Step Five
Record the Wired MAC address on this screen. It should be in the format "00:00:00:00:00:00."
Step Six
Register your Xbox One wired MAC address. You will need to login to this page with your CatID and passphrase. Once registered correctly, you should be able to connect successfully.
